Have you served overseas as a member of the army reserve?
Researchers from the Swinburne University of Technology are conducting a study into employment challenges faced by Army Reservists transitioning back into the civilian workforce after completing overseas operation duty.
You will be asked to attend a one-hour one-on-one interview that will focus on your experience in transitioning from your overseas deployment back into the civilian workforce.
Results from this study will help researchers develop a better understanding of the transition challenges faced by reservists who have served overseas on full-time duty.
We would like to hear from currently serving or former Army Reserve personnel who:
• Have served overseas on operation duty as a reservist
• Are between the ages of 21 and 55 years
• Have been in the civilian workforce in any capacity (contract, casual, part-time, fulltime) for at least three years
• Residing in Victoria and willing to volunteer for a one-hour private interview in the Melbourne CBD or at an RSL sub-branch near where you live or work.
