There are many facets that make the Ryman model work – our 30 years’ experience, our philosophies and innovation, but most of all our drive to provide retirement living and aged care facilities that are “good enough for mum”. It is through this that we are able to offer some of the most resident-friendly terms in Australasia.
Our Ryman Peace of Mind Guarantees include fixed weekly fees and a deferred management fee that is one of the lowest in the retirement sector. It is the transparency in which our terms and conditions are set out that makes the real difference - protecting residents and their families to ensure that retirement is a chapter in their lives to be savoured and enjoyed. Our resort-style facilities are a distinguishable feature that certainly sets us apart.
From the indoor swimming pools, movie theatres, bowling greens and hair and beauty salons, our residents are spoiled for choice with the facilities that we offer - often comparing village lifestyle to living on a cruise ship!
